AS A TEACHER

My journey to yoga came through the realization that the body is the greatest tool in the creative process. As a sculptor I constantly push my physical and mental limits in order to create objects that often times rise several feet above my own body. 10 years ago I began yoga to correct an injury and found it so helpful in my recovery process I was inspired to become a teacher myself.

My yoga practice exists alongside my creative process, connected together through physical and mental awareness. My awareness of self not only aids in my ability to plan out a project it also insures that I am always present in safety and serenity, two modes that are key to creating successfully.
